Management
The Company will evolve suitable management structures to cope with
the emerging development of the Company with the intention for the
Company to adequately meet its business objectives that the Board
approves.
The
management of the Company will be supported by the use of strategic
collaborations with key consultants and other advisors appointed
from time to time as the requirements arise.
The
following key management personnel will drive the initial growth of
Jaguar Resources.
George Lee - Chief Executive Officer
Mr
George Lee
has worked in the Mining Industry for the last 35 years, primarily
in managing Tenements Administration. He has consulted to both
government and industry on everyday tenement maintenance and also
more complicated tenement administration such as Warden’s Court
Plaints, negotiate native title issues and arrange the sale, option
agreements and joint venture agreements of clients’ tenement
portfolios.
George has also
had experience in managing alluvial Gold Mines in
Western Australia
and the Philippines.
Brian Wolfe - Geologist
Brian is a
Geologist with experience in mineral exploration throughout
Western Australia
, Africa and
Ireland
. His previous positions with major mining companies encompassed
managing exploration, site operations, development and implantation of field programmes and reporting responsibilities to both clients
and government regulatory authorities.
He
has previously held positions with Lionore Australia Ltd, Mindax
Ltd, CSA Australia Ltd, Plateau Resources Ltd
and CSA Australia
Ltd.
